1. Introduction

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of nastasiu.ro (the “Site”), operated by NASTASIU HOLDING SRL (EUID: ROONRC.J22/2796/2021, VAT ID: RO44775939) (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

The Site provides the following services free of charge:

  • Contact form — allows you to send a message to the Operator.
  • iOS App Store Checker — a tool that checks the availability of iOS applications across Apple App Store storefronts worldwide, including ratings, reviews, and chart rankings.

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the Site or its APIs.
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, including Cloudflare Turnstile verification, HMAC token validation, or rate limits.
  • Abuse the rate limits by making excessive requests in a short period.
  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the contact form.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and original content of the Site are the property of NASTASIU HOLDING SRL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

App Store data, app metadata, reviews, ratings, and chart rankings displayed by the iOS App Store Checker are the property of Apple Inc. and the respective app developers. The tool retrieves this data from publicly available Apple APIs and web pages for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The iOS App Store Checker results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data returned. App availability, ratings, reviews, and chart positions may change at any time and the tool may not reflect the most current state.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NASTASIU HOLDING SRL shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any data provided by its services.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms and policies:

  • Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics (only with your consent).
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection and human verification.
  • Apple APIs — app metadata, reviews, and chart data retrieval.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to block or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, for any user who violates these Terms of Use or engages in abusive behavior, without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
